Viktoriia Filatova, trading as FeelyVibe, is the data controller for personal data processed to operate this website, fulfil orders and provide customer support. Our store uses WordPress and WooCommerce. Stripe processes payment data under its own privacy policy.

We process information needed to provide our products and respond to you. This may include your name, email address, billing address, order and payment status, download activity, your recorded consent to immediate digital delivery and its date, and correspondence.
Our hosting and security providers may process technical information, such as your IP address and browser information, to operate and protect the website.
For checkout on feelyvibe.com, payment details are entered into Stripe’s payment form. Stripe receives payment information and relevant transaction, billing and technical data to process payments, prevent fraud and meet its legal obligations. FeelyVibe receives order and payment references and status, but does not receive your full card number or security code.
Why we use it
We use personal data to fulfil orders, provide support, and resolve technical issues. Order fulfilment and related support are necessary to perform our contract with you. Accounting, tax records and required transaction records are processed to comply with legal obligations. Website security and responding to other enquiries rely on our legitimate interests in protecting the store and answering requests.
Where consent is required, including for optional marketing or non-essential cookies, we ask for it separately. Purchasing a product does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Service providers
We do not sell your personal data. Providers supporting this store include Namecheap/EasyWP for hosting, Stripe for payment processing and fraud prevention, and Google/Gmail for email correspondence. Relevant data may also be disclosed where legally required.

Our prompts run in your own ChatGPT account. FeelyVibe does not automatically receive your conversations or answers. Information you enter into ChatGPT is processed under OpenAI’s terms and privacy policy.
Retention and your rights
We retain order and accounting records for the period required by Swedish accounting and tax law. Support messages and technical records are retained only while needed to resolve requests, protect the website or establish, exercise or defend legal claims, then deleted or anonymised. Retention depends on the type of record, outstanding obligations and applicable limitation periods.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object to that processing. Required checkout information is needed to process your order; without it, we cannot complete the purchase. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
